Keyboard doesnt show up on iOS7 when trying to name a file.

I would recommend this app to anybody who has IOS 6 and under. It has anything you would want for coding on the go. All the way from inserting images to linking pages and updating your website from the app. Unfortunately I just got an iPhone 4s with IOS 7 and if you have to name any files the keyboard does not come up. So the app is completely useless so you cannot save any work. I still use this app on my iPod 4 though and I LOVE IT!

I have not had the problem mentioned in previous reviews with ios7 and the keyboard not showing. However, I have experienced a problem AFTER uploading an amended HTML file. If I subsequently amend it again and try to write over the previous file, I always get an error. I have to quit the app and restart in order to re-save the amended file. Its annoying. Otherwise the app has been a solid performer.

I took a risk on this app after reading the other reviews, but they referenced a problem on os7 and I have os8. Unfortunately, the problem with not being able to save a file name also occurs in os8. This makes the app TOTALLY non-functional. I thought maybe I could get around the problem by using the Open in feature, but this app is never listed as an Open in option, so you cant get any files into the app using this method. I really wanted this app to work, so I have tried to get around the problem, but its just not something that can be worked around. There are other elements of this app that also dont work because the input area is missing (e.g. creating a new directory, renaming, go to line number). It seems very wrong to me that the developer has not warned customers about the issues that have existed for more than a year - and that the developer still charges $2.99 for an app that is NOT functional. I want a refund!

App creator Ronald Wheland is still accepting cash for an app which has not been updated since June 4, 2013. This app will not function properly devices running IOS 7.0 or later. The app will not pull up the keyboard which renders this software useless. Im running IOS 8.3 on my iPhone 5s.... Tom
